who is good at making banners??? it would be great if someone could make me some banners or graphics or whatever for jac vanek for sale.  i would be so grateful if everyone could help me promote!!!!!

got the new bracelets in.  they come in a set of two and are amazing. :) ill probably have photos up tonight and they will most likely be on sale tomorrow.

In the US, the bracelets are $10.00 US Dollars plus $3.00 shipping and handling.  California residents only have to also pay sales tax, which is about 78 cents.
For orders in other countries, the bracelet is $10.00 US Dollars plus $4.00 shipping and handling.
Additional bracelets:  Shipping will increase 50 cents for each additional bracelet ordered.

  Anyone with an email address can order the bracelets. Send your email address along with how many bracelets you would like to order, and YOUR MAILING ADDRESS to IF YOU ARE PAYING WITH PAYPAL, PLEASE SEND THE EMAIL ADDRESS THAT WAS REGISTERED WITH PAYPAL. I will then email you an invoice that states your order, your final cost, and a link to Paypal where you will be instructed on how to pay and provide your mailing address.  Payment will be conducted in the usual manner through PayPal for those with a PayPal account.  If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still order using a credit card. The same invoice will be mailed to you.  Please choose the “Don’t have a PayPal Account” link option to pay with a credit card or bank account.  At this time, I will only be accepting these two methods of payment.

it's 12:51 a.m. and i have been sitting at this keyboard for hours.  i don't know why i stopped playing piano when i was younger.  i played for seven years and just...stopped.  i shouldn't have.  i never used to play because i wanted to.  i played because i had to.  dumb piano lessons.

and for some reason i picked up this white and black hunk of plastic from against the wall.  i bought it the other year in hopes of picking piano back up again.  never really touched it.  but i picked it up the other day and i just started playing.  hell, i sure don't remember any songs i used to know.  but i just played.

the past couple days i've played for a couple hours each and i'm so surprised at how fast i can pick up songs already.  i've taught myself parts of jacks mannequin dark blue, you can breathe, and i'm ready, the main melodie to augustana boston and right now i'm teaching myself damien rice's 9 crimes, which makes me want to cry just listening to it over and over again. that song is so fucking gorgeous.  the main parts i'm learning are simple but i'm really proud of how capable i am at teaching myself by ear.  i was always pretty good at that when i was younger.  i could never really read sheet music worth shit.  so i think i'll stick to this.

playing music gives you this feeling, this emotion, that nothing else can.  it gives you peace, it gives you control, it gives you serenity.  it makes you feel accomplished, and productive, and just...content.  i don't know how to explain it, but i just feel at one with myself and the universe and the music and everything.  this is just what i needed.  the music will never leave you, it will never backstab you, it will never make you cry (well, you know, it won't yell at you or anything), it will always be there, ready to hug you with open arms.

this is pointless but i feel like i needed to write it down somewhere.  moral of the story is, pick up an instrument.  it will keep you out of trouble.
